What is New Vogue?

New Vogue is a sequence dance that was created in Australia.  There are 16 competitive dances, enjoyed by an array of dancers.  Choreography is the same for everyone, so people enjoy putting their own 'spin' on their interpretation.

Do I have to book for each term?

Our St Andrews and Island Bay classes are run as term classes however you are also welcome to come on a casual basis.  New Vogue classes and Tuesday social class are casual only.

Who can come to the classes?

Anyone is welcome to come to the classes.  You do not need to bring a partner but they are always welcome!  We cater to all levels so beginners and experienced dancers alike can come along.

Private lessons

Why do you want to book private lessons?  These are great for those who want to progress faster as you get one on one tuition. They are tailor made to each individual student.

What to wear?

It is best to wear comfortable clothes but more importantly, shoes that won't fall off!  Definitely no backless sandals or jandals.
