Introduction

Let us help make your wedding dance to be in perfect harmony. No dancing experience required. The lessons are easy, fun and private.

Wedding lessons cost of $80 per hour and normally couples require 3 to 5 hour long private lessons.

Private lessons are available by appointment on: 

• Tuesday evenings at Tawa Hall 

• Friday & Monday evenings and Saturday & Sunday afternoons at Tawa at Dawn's home 

• Wednesday & Thursday evenings & Saturday mornings at St. Andews Church Hall

• Sundays and Monday evening at Island Bay

Recommendation

If you have enough time before the big day, it is advised that you take some of our introductory courses to help you learn the basics before taking the wedding lessons. For more information on this go to Classes and Timetable.

Checklist for wedding lessons:

1. The lady should bring shoes that are similar to her wedding shoes 
   (especially with regard to the heels).
2. Know the size, shape and orientation of your dance area.
3. Bring a long your song(s) on a CD or iPod(if you have one)
4. Wear comfortable clothes
5. Bring a sense of fun
    

Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations
  Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the lesson or the full fee may be charged. Cancellations must be done either in person or by phone. No cancellation by emails.
