Introduction

All classes are taught by professionally qualified instructors and are taught in a sequence of 8 week terms. These classes are ideal for the dancer who wishes to learn dancing and form good habits that will allow their dancing to progress and develop. This is the ideal way to spend a relaxing and fun hour socialising with other people.

NB The partners issue
Here's one final note on the issue of partners: you're welcome to come with someone, but it's a fact that the fastest way to learn is by dancing with a lot of different people. To that end, we rotate partners throughout the lesson. Thus, even if you don't come with a partner, you can still dance the entire time. And if you do bring someone, be prepared to dance with others.

Bookings
Unless a class is specifically advertised with a start date, please contact Supreme Dance to book yourself into a class.

Beginners

Beginner dancers can join in on the most enjoyable way to exercise and socialise, through learning to dance Ballroom and Latin American over 8 weeks.

Dances include Cha Cha, Rock & Roll, Waltz, Foxtrot and a Scotish country dance.

The lessons cover one Latin American and one Ballroom dance per one hour lesson, focusing on good basics and technique. This will create a solid foundation for you dancing.

No previous experience or rhythm (seriously, you don't need any) is required and partners optional.
